FAQ
What are the general payment terms?
Our general payment term is a 30% wire transfer in advance and the balance paid against the copy of B/L and L/C at sight for new customers. For long-term cooperative customers, we are glad to discuss and provide better payment terms.
What are your hot selling items?
We offer more than 200 SKUs for small home decoration and furniture items, including wall shelves, wall cubes, coffee tables, coat racks, and other customized products. We release new designs every year.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We generally accept 300 pieces or sets per size, per color for our shelf series and other items under $10, with the total order volume meeting a 1x20'ft container. We also support trial orders of around 100 pieces for testing the market.
What is the typical production lead time?
A 40'GP container usually takes about 45 days. We have multiple production lines that can flexibly adapt to shorten lead times to meet urgent schedules when required.
What is the lead time and policy for samples?
The lead time for samples is approximately 7 days. We typically charge 3 times the unit price for new samples, which is fully refunded once a formal order meeting the MOQ is placed. We also offer free samples for items currently in stock in our warehouse.
Can products be customized based on specific requirements?
Yes, customer requests for alterations to our ODM products are welcome. We are always willing to customize the color, labels, logo, packaging, functions, and materials to better suit different market demands.
