1. What are the general payment terms?
Our general payment term is 30% wire transfer in advance and the balance paid against copy of B/L and L/C at sight for new customers. For long-term cooperated customers, we would be delighted to provide better payment terms.
2. What are your hot selling items?
We have more than 200 SKUs for small home decoration furniture, which includes wall shelves, wall cubes, coffee tables, coat racks, and other customized products. We publish new designs of products each year.
3. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We accept 300 pieces or sets per size per color for wall shelf series and other series with prices under $10, while the total volume of an order needs to meet a 1x20'ft container. We also support customers who want to order about 100 pieces or sets as a trial sale, usually with an extra charge.
4. What is the average production lead time?
A 40'GP container usually takes 45 days. We have multiple production lines that are flexible to shorten the lead time to assist customers in catching urgent sales schedules.
5. How do you handle product samples?
The lead time of samples is about 7 days. We usually charge 3 times the price for producing new samples and refund this cost after a formal order is placed that meets the MOQ. We can also provide free samples for items available in our warehouse.
6. Can products be customized to different requirements?
Yes, customers' requirements to make feasible changes to our ODM products are welcome. We are always willing to make modifications to the product's color, label, logo, packaging, function, and materials to align with different market needs.
